I have 15 years of experience in providing short term (3-6 sessions) to medium term (15-18 sessions) counseling to adults and adolescents. I have a client centered approach, and I have an inclination to approach counseling from a CBT perspective but not limited to that.

I enjoy the journey with my clients, we learn from each other. I always say to my clients that I am on their side and their welfare and contentment is important to me. Experiences shared are a good foundation to be authentic. I want to create a calm and welcoming space in my practice rooms. I want my clients to be comfortable and to share what they are ready to share.
